Spicy Siam – sweetened with wildflower honey; seasoned with holy basil, bird’s-eye peppers, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, all certified organic. Well-seasoned and hot-spicy to some palates.
Mexican Mañana – sweetened with certified organic agave nectar; seasoned with garlic, cumin, lime, plus a mix of dried chili peppers (some of the peppers are not certified). Well-seasoned but not too spicy.
Sunshine – sweetened with wildflower honey; seasoned with orange and lemon zest, coriander and cracked black pepper, all certified organic. Sweeter notes than you would expect from smoked salmon, with a tang from the citrus zest.
